Kfc - Elizabethton

I absolutely love their pot pies, but there have been a few occasions when they ran out and didn't want to make any more, which is disappointing. Aside from that, the food is fantastic!

I've visited this restaurant about three times this year, and each time, my order is either incorrect or missing items that I requested, forcing me to return. The drive-thru never provides a receipt, and when I call to complain, the manager asks for it. I've even been accused of lying when the actual amount of food I received did not match the charge on my bill. I find myself feeling stressed whenever I come here.

After my visit to the Johnson City location, I've decided I won't be returning to the one across from the mall on Roan Street, especially since they stop serving pot pies after 3 PM. Instead, I'm more than willing to drive the extra five miles to Elizabethton. During my visit to Elizabethton at 8 PM, they had run out of pot pies, but a staff member kindly offered to prepare four fresh ones for me if I could wait about 12 minutes. It's obvious that the Johnson City location doesn't prioritize selling pot pies, and the staff there was incredibly rude. They could really benefit from some customer service training from the team in Elizabethton. I'm spreading the word for everyone I know to avoid the Johnson City location and go straight to Elizabethton instead.

It's KFC! While there's no buffet, it's a fantastic spot to dine if you're a fan of chicken and need to feed the whole family.

The food is great, but they frequently forget items. I had to go back a second time for a cookie. I also ordered a large fry, and they still forgot the cookie, so I had to ask for it. Just a tip: be sure to check your bag before you leave the window!
