Very nice, quiet and intimate environment. The staff here had one of the best costomer service I've seen for a long time. You're very kind. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. If you like spicy, ask for her Tarasco salad. It is delicious and adds an appropriate amount of spice. Overall a great experience

Loved our first experience here! We were so excited to have another Mexican restaurant in the city! The employees worked very hard, but still had great attitudes. The food was amazing! The only recommendation I have is not to drink water (it had a dirty metallic type to taste). Definitely will come back here!

Great place to eat Mexican Food in Elizabethton. Very much appreciated to have a manager, Todd, greet you and ensure that your dining experience is A-Number 1. On many occasions we have been greeted by staff where we could enjoy a good variety of different menu items. I would like to thank Blair for her efforts to ensure that the meal is perfect as she definitely puts the customers first. They are certainly a winning team for service and integrity. When you have a great team like that your customer base will grow. Hope that we can maintain this team for Tijuana's; anything less than this staff would surely be a detriment to a good business. The interaction between serving staff, management, and customers is what makes a good restaurant (of course the food too). The staff can be a reflection of management. Good food is one thing; having good food AND good staff is a winning combination.

First time here. Resturant very clean and pretty. I had the lunch fajitas, very good. I compliment the cook! Also, I asked for mild salsa but they didnt hv any made, which I was find with, however the waiter went to kitchen and asked for fresh made salsa for me! Such a nice gesture! And I must say it was the best resturant salsa I hv eaten! Will definitely go back!

What’s more important: great food or excellent service? If you can have both, that’s truly the best experience! Our rating reflects that. Our server Tim was delightful—polite and attentive, he checked in on us often and even took a moment to chat, all while being unobtrusive. Todd, the restaurant manager, stopped by to thank us when we were ready to leave. During the pandemic, we lost touch with these charming little details, so it’s refreshing to see "service with a smile" making a comeback. I can’t wait to return!
