They will never give you large fries, so don't waste your money asking. Waited 20 minutes and had every car behind us, including a family meal served before us
This is the only zaxbys i’ll eat at and trust. very clean and never disappoints.
The service absolutely sucks. Your staff is incompetent. The drive through service sucks even worse than the dine-in service does. Thos seems to be the norm at every zaxbys in the tri-cities area.
The table was sooo nasty and food all over the floors it was unbelievable!!! One chair almost broke. That place used to be so clean bit it ain't anymore its worse I've ever been to!
