The service was excellent, the prices were fair, and every dish we tried was simply perfection. This was the most delightful dining experience we had on our road trip, even outshining some of the more upscale restaurants we visited in Chicago. You absolutely must stop here!
This was my second visit to this restaurant this year. Our last group enjoyed the food so much that we decided to bring another friend along, impressed by the decor and the menu. I remember my first experience when I tried the fish and chips. While it was decent, it left me feeling a bit off afterwards. This time, I decided to step outside my usual comfort zone and opted for the brisket sandwich, and it truly exceeded my expectations with its rich flavor and satisfying portion. We also sampled the fried mushroom and cauliflower basket, and it was delightful as well. Elizabethtown has a lot to offer, but this place is definitely worth a visit! My only drawback was the parking situation, as it can be a bit tricky due to its location. However, if you're okay with a little pre- and post-meal walk, you shouldn't have any issues.
I had lunch with my aunt and girlfriend, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We definitely plan to come back for lunch and dinner more frequently.
Wandered in here while walking around, and I’m glad we did. The bartender took care of our table, and he provided excellent service. He made an old fashioned with a lavender bourbon, and my friend really enjoyed it. The scotch eggs were tasty, but maybe a touch over cooked. The dragon balls were delicious, and I would definitely order them again. For mains, we had fish tacos with chips and fries. The fish tacos were good, but could use a sauce to bring it all together. The chips and fries were both very well made! I will definitely be back next time I pass through.
A nice local pub style restaurant in downtown Elizabethtown with a nice atmosphere and live music on Friday/Saturday nights. The service is good and the food is tasty. If you haven't already been here I think you'll be pleasantly pleased. If you're concerned with parking there's plenty available just behind the restaurant and it's also convenient to other local bars, restaurants, and shopping in the heart of downtown ... all within a short walk.
