Subway - Elk Grove Village

I was ordering a sandwich for a friend and the lady barely put cheese on there and when I asked for it to be topped up she said “extra cheese?” There wasn’t even barely anything on there from the pinch of shredded mozzarella that she put. I was also charged extra . Im glad I used credit because I will be disputing the charge because there is no reason for me to be charged for extra when I didn’t receive extra .

They put as little on the sandwich as possible and want you to pay extra

I have never eaten such a veggie anywhere in another subway. I loved the way they prepared it!

I have tried multiple subways in the area. This one has been the best by far. Everyone is super friendly and nice. When I asked for extra ingredients, they came through. they did not skimp out like so many other locations. They made me a great bowl and gave me everything that I asked for. This will now be my Subway of choice.

I went there today as I was doing business in the area. I actually had a coupon to use buy one footlong get one free so I decided to use it. It 's not a first time I am using coupon with them and never had any problems... today tho, the lady there (I 'm guessing she 's some kind of supervisor at this location) wouldn 't accept my coupon unless I buy a large drink for $2.5. Really??? It 's definitely my last time there ?
