Love they're Oreo shakes I go 2-3 times a week, the only bad thing is that they're so slow they have a line almost out the door and they move like sloths it took me almost 45 minutes a couple times just to get a shake but still love the shakes and theworkers are nice..

The ice cream is good of course But the customer service could be better from the ladies that work there (m sure men work there too but I 've only ever encountered a staff of women) seems like every time I go into this particular one although it 's alwayscrowded which I understand happens that 's fine and I appreciate if the try their best to serve you They could be better atgetting orders done (and to make sure what they make isn 't stuffed inside the cup so much that excess ice cream leaks out theside) but worse of all to not even aknowledge a customer especially one that had been waiting for a good 15 min 10 of which wasafter the 2 customers ahead of me were gone Seemed like there was enough people working to not have to wait that long but asthey walked by no one said we 'll right with you But if you 'd rather answer your apple watch instead and not apologize for thewait or say thank you for being patient then I can go elsewhere

The ice cream is delicious, but the service is very poor and prices are high. It seems like the new management is primarily focused on making money. I won't be returning.

The service was slow, and my ice cream arrived melted due to being mixed. The lobby could really use a good cleaning, as the tables were sticky, and the bathroom floor was wet and slippery, which definitely needs some attention.

The service was excellent, and of course, the ice cream was delicious!
