Harold's Chicken - Elkhart

The atmosphere at this restaurant is wonderful, the service is great, and the food is cooked fresh and flavored perfectly. The meat is so tender it falls off the bone. They also offer excellent vegetarian options with great deals on vegetable dishes for those not interested in chicken. The parking lot has plenty of space and is kept clean.

Good stuff!! Had the mild sauce on tenders and fries... Kind of sweet, kind of bbq'y. Interesting and amazing! ?

I had the worst experience at Harold's Chicken in Elkhart, Indiana. I drove all the way from Fort Wayne and spent $42 on 4 bags of spoiled food. I am extremely disappointed. The Harold's Chicken in Chicago is much better. I will never waste my time and gas coming here again. Even my dog agrees that his food tastes better than this. The chicken and ribs were old and spoiled, and I couldn't even get a refund.

1 star. This place was absolutely terrible. The chicken was disgusting, the ribs were awful, and even the fries could have been better from Aldi. The customer service was nonexistent, with music blaring and bulletproof glass blocking any chance of communication. It felt like a knockoff of a Chicago chicken spot, but with terrible food and a hefty price tag. Save yourself the trouble and go to KFC, Popeyes, or anywhere else but this dump.

I am deducting one star for the long wait, but overall the food is delicious and the mild sauce is perfect. As a Chicagoan, I am happy to see this restaurant now in Indiana. Plenty of parking available.
