Pizza Hut - Elkhart

Waited 2 hours for a personal pan pizza and 6 wings and they thought I would accept this eating cold and pay for it! the only option they gave me was to cancel the order. don't waste your time.

Online without problems ordered. pizza came within the promised delivery time and it was hot and delicious!

My new way if I want to spend 40$ on cold and tasteless eating that arrive 3 hours and 8 minutes after the order? no problem waiting as long as my food can sits as this time, but would like to know before I order. taste like the box it came in absolutely the worst pizza delivery I had so far absolutely tasteless and I don't know how something can stale and sponge at the same time probably all fat. not sure if this is common, but to consider the other reviews that it might be.

Why in the world would I want to talk to a call center in india to a store around the block!? that makes absolutely no sense! I had a loan from a previous order when they forget something, I put the order, mentioned the loan, only to tell the lady that I have to call the load directly to get said credit! I spent 20 minutes holding someone in the load, just to be hung up by the automated cache 6 times, called the call center back, they could not get a hold. google says the hours have been updated by the business 4 days ago, they should be exact! either no one showed up to open the load, or the people do not do their job! definitely it won't try again. the only pizza hat in the opposite, which is worth everything on nappanee st. they are only done!

Took a hour in a half for one large pizza, it came with all the slices flipped around, pizza was cold and burnt, gave a really good tip spent way more money then i should of. so annoyed
