Scooter's Coffee - Elkhorn

This location is a disappointment with a staff that is usually kind, but definitely lacking management support. Drinks have been correct about 60% of the time (we usually order several at once), and definitely NOT consistent. Today?s service was the worst and we will likely not go back to this location. My favorite location? 156th Pacific!!!

I have been buying Scooter's coffee for years. My wife and I went through the drive through and ordered a large black coffee. We order this same order at other locations all the time. The coffee was so hot that I burned myself when I picked it up causing me to drop it and spill scalding hot coffee all over my hand and car. When we went back to simply get a replacement the batista did replace the drink but insisted they weren't at fault because their coffee is always the same temperature. Not true as it hasn't burned me once in the last 12 years I have lived in Omaha. Never going to this location again.

I would like to Give a shout out to Kiersten for the awesome service I received on Friday June 21, 2019. After I ordered my drink and I paid for it, I asked her how long she had been working there. She said for a long time and so I asked her some questions about this drink that I used to get. So I explained it to her and she knew exactly what it was. I asked if it was too late to change my order and she said absolutely not. She kept A genuine smile on her face the entire time I was at her window and I just like to say that was awesome service!! Great Iced Coffee and I hardly drink coffee but employees were pleasant and helpful and sticker on cup just made my day

Terrible service. The drive thru line was so long so we went inside. Drive through was getting served quickly while the lobby was not. I waited 20 minutes for my order and people who came in after me had their orders before me. I had to ask where my order was they said it got “lost” and was making now. Then when I finally got it, it wasn’t even right and our sandwich was cold. No apologies, just “here’s your drink”. Will never go to that location again.
