Subway - Elkins

The subs have very few vegetables now. I wish they would add a bit more so that I could see the toppings better between the two pieces of bread.

We ordered two footlongs, one pizza, and one chicken. The chicken was great, but we were disappointed with the pizza. We paid extra for extra cheese and extra pepperoni, but there was barely any cheese or pepperoni on it, and the sauce was lacking too. To sum it up, it felt more like an Italian bun than a proper pizza. Very disappointing!

I'm consistently disappointed with the downtown Subway. I had to send my boyfriend to fix my order this time. I'm really getting frustrated with the high prices and poor quality of the food.

My bacon chicken ranch footlong didnt have bacon on it there was alot of pepper jack cheese not even melted the chicken was really rough and my fiance Buffalo chicken footlong and the chicken was not tossed with the Buffalo sauce and had alot of pepper jack cheese as well.

My sub was wrong. So I called, and they asked me to come in and they would make it. I door dashed. Didnt wanna come out, but okay. Told me to bring the subs. Why? They cant be sold again, STINGY, thats why, but anyways, got there, with the wrong sub, they were re making both, said I only needed the chicken, they said they would just re make both, told them I didnt bring the steak one, so instead of offering the half made sub they can now not sell to anyone else, they put it to the side. I asked , what about the $3 delivery fee and the $4 tip I paid for no reason? Oh we will contact my superior. Didnt take down my name, number, nothing. I will be back in to get compensation. I understand it may be short staffed, but that isnt my fault by any means. Im just asking for what is OWED to me.
