Pizza Hut - Elkridge

Fix the app issues. When I submitted my order on the app, I got a notice reading Oops! Something went wrong. I tried to call the local restaurant, but was told I could not get the same deal as on the app. So my husband logged into his app to order. But then I got an email confirming my order had gone through. It was frustrating and confusing.

The heart-shaped pizza was decent overall, though it was a bit overcooked. On the plus side, the delivery arrived earlier than expected, which was fantastic. However, it would have been even better if the pizza had been cooked perfectly, as the cheese ended up being burned.

Every aspect of the experience, from placing our order to savoring the delicious pizza and wings, was flawless! Kudos to the entire team for a job well done.

It’s a quiet place with a lovely fireplace and delicious food. The restrooms were clean, which is a first for us here. We will definitely be back!
