I had a fantastic experience at this Hershey's location! The staff were all very friendly, and Caitlyn assisted me during my visit. She was wonderful and helped me choose what I wanted. I highly recommend this place!

We had a visit to an ice cream shop where my child really wanted a milkshake. While the milkshake itself was enjoyable, the experience was marred by the staff member's attitude. He huffed and puffed, rolled his eyes, and muttered comments under his breath, which left a bad impression. When we asked if everything was alright, he responded with, “Yes, milkshake is my kryptonite,” which felt unprofessional. At $20 for two milkshakes, I expected much better service. I won’t be returning.

The girl who helped us was very nice. Great customer service here. Many flavors to choose from. My daughter loves going here to get ice cream everytime we visit the Outlet Mall. The ice cream is delicious.
