Starbucks - Ellijay

Our go to Coffee Pastry place each morning after our walks. Best bunch of employees there and always overly friendly on congenial, always greeted by our 1st names! Parking: Lot is way to tight Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30

Terrible parking lot. The lobby could use a little cleaning but a nice place to stop and get a drink. I would love to sit outside on the patio when it's warmer. I am visiting Starbucks more often because Dunkin Donuts consistently sucks. Actually, the more I visit this location the more I realize they don't care. The lobby and bathrooms are an afterthought, they focus on making drinks, and the drive thru. Too bad they are letting success blind them to the basics. I sat there for an hour meanwhile the large, dry coffee spill right in front of the register was never cleaned/mopped. It was a big spill. The bathrooms aren't looked at throughout the day, maybe beginning or end of shift. Could someone, anyone, actually clean the tables? And ya wonder why I don't tip? It's getting too expensive for Starbucks anyway. Same product with a 30 percent price increase. The shine is fading on the perceived value I receive.

Go to elijay Starbucks 4 or 5 times a week and get same thing every time but there seems to be a communication problem regarding what the definition of lite ice is cup is filed to brim with ice constantly.

This is the second time I have came here recently, and it has been busy, yet the little woman behind worked her butt off the first time it was just her The second time, she had two helpers. They are nice and very friendly! Also my iced vanilla latte was perfect Service: 5

Driving with others and we stopped. Tried to reserve an order beforehand but the item was sold out. Very tasty lunch items and good coffee.
