To make matters worse, they claimed they hadn’t received anything in their system, even though I had already been charged. The staff member at the counter made a phone call, and after some back and forth, he connected me with someone who I believe was the manager (though he never introduced himself). The manager reiterated that my order was never received and suggested that I contact Subway directly. Are you kidding me?! He didn’t even ask for my confirmation number, and instead of checking their system, he told me to reach out to the company about their mistake. I left without any food and with a charge on my credit card. I plan to call Subway later for a refund. The customer service was awful—if I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.
When I placed my order, I noticed there didn’t seem to be any heating equipment or an oven to warm up my sandwich. Once my sandwich was ready, I was served two medium cups, but they informed me that they didn’t have soda available. Instead, they suggested I opt for the bottled version. I would recommend that the restaurant consider adding electricity and heating facilities to make it more appealing to customers.
I visited around lunchtime and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered a footlong turkey sandwich and some cookies. The lady behind the counter noticed I had my daughter with me and generously gave her a bag of chips and a cookie on the house. It left a great impression! I’ll definitely return whenever I'm craving Subway.
Be cautious, extremely dishonest store. Today they said cash only, so I gave them $10 for the $3.80 6-inch sandwich. Then they gave me the change of only $5.20 even though I already saw on the screen it clearly showed the change should be $6.20. Finally after I showed them the calculator, I got my $1 back. I saw the pos?s screen show nothing wrong so the cash only might be a trick to force you to use cash and get less change. Besides, normal subway gives you 6+6+4 slices of meat in foot-long BMT, but every single time this store?s worker tried to block your view and gave you less meat.
First of all, the person working there didn?t feel like he wanted to make my sandwich since I was the only customer in there. Next when he made the sandwich, he didn?t ask the type of bread or cheese I wanted and just made the sandwich. And I asked for a white chocolate macadamia cookie, and I got home to see it was chocolate chip cookie.
