McDonald's - Elmira

I have never encountered a more unclean McDonald's restaurant. The floors were sticky and the tables were dirty. There was no ice, and it took a long time to receive my order. The staff was standing around at the front, blocking access to the food counter. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I placed a mobile order here and went through the drive-tru. I provided my 4-digit code which should have verified my order. Unfortunately, the staff still thought that I was trying to steal someone elses meal. Maybe it was because I am a white male who needs a haircut or something along those lines.

Just went through drive through but the service was nice, polite and it was fast .Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, ramp and washroom.
