Burger King - Elmont

Somebody needs to come in and teach them how to manage this place. It shouldn’t be closed down, but honestly, I've been coming here for a year and it always has a bad smell. On top of that, the service is terrible; the staff seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. It's really disappointing. It's a Burger King, so you know what to expect from the food, but this location is just not good at all.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. I absolutely loved the manager; he was fantastic and a pleasure to talk to. The restaurant was immaculately clean, and I was particularly impressed when he personally took the time to clean our table, especially since I was dining with my four children. I truly appreciated that, especially compared to my experiences at McDonald's, where the staff often seem unfriendly and are slow to address requests. In stark contrast, the employees at Burger King were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The manager was so polite to my kids and even gave them crowns, which made them very happy!

Overall, they are usually fast, but today the card processing was quite slow.

The breakfast sandwich was delicious! It was packed with sausage and cheese, and at two for five dollars, the portion size was quite generous.

The staff could benefit from additional training to improve their customer service, similar to the level of service at Chick-Fil-A. Additionally, the food should be served hot.
