Absolutely terrible! Everything from the cleanliness of the clothing to the customer service was extremely disappointing. They don't even deserve one star!

I had a terrible experience at this dry cleaners that resulted in my dress being ruined. Admittedly, I didn't check the label before bringing it in, and it shouldn't have been dry cleaned. However, isn't it the responsibility of a dry cleaning business to handle each garment with care? You would expect them to double-check labels to help preserve the clothing, especially after you've already paid for the service. When I went to pick up my dress, I was shocked by its condition. The stitching was pulled in several places, and there was a lot of lint all over it. It's clear that this establishment doesn’t care about its customers' items and just focuses on overcharging them. I will never return and will certainly warn my family and friends to avoid this place as well.

Excellent service! The staff is incredibly welcoming. They also happen to be my tailors. I've never experienced any significant issues here; whenever something does arise, it's always resolved to my satisfaction.

I have been using this dry cleaner for years. I have no problem with the dry cleaning section, except for the time they lost my son 's suit. I don 't hold that against them because it was recovered. However, the alteration department is another story. I loved Tony and Jenny they were great at alterations. The new tailor and seamstress on the other hand are a bit lazy. I dropped off a dress to be altered and was told it would be ready on Tuesday. I was happy with that because I needed it for an event on Thursday evening. When I got there it hadn 't even been touched. She didn 't even apologize, she just said it wasn 't ready and I should come back on Thursday. I was desperate so I had to just leave it there. Now today I attempted to have a skirt altered which has a slit that is not appropriate for my pre-teen. I was told by the tailor that it was too much work . Can you imagine? I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I have been here about 6 times so far and no issues. Will continue to visit
