Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Embrun

One of our favourite places to go in Embrun when we’re craving a bit of fast food.The food is always excellent and piping hot (unlike other fast food places where the food is cold or luke warm at best). Highly recommend the chicken strips, onion rings and any of their burgers.The staff is always friendly I cannot name a single time I haven’t been greeted warmly at the drive thru. Staff are always polite and have a smile when you pull up, which is rare these days.The only thing is that sometimes I think they might be short staffed and it can take a few mins to get your food but honestly, it’s worth the wait to get tasty, hot food.

Paid over $10 for a cookie dough blizzard with peanut butter sauce addedOpened a Reese peanut butter cup blizzard when I got home.This has happened for the third time at this location. Don't waste your money on bad service!

Really good customer service and the burgers were good. Only beef I have is the prices are ridiculous. $30 for two kids meals and a chicken burger. It was good, but not that good. $10 for just a burger? That's ridiculous.

I have long been a fan of Dairy Queen and can not resist stopping in for a quick Bute when I am in the area. The food is consistently a good quality for a fast food joint, so you know what to expect before visiting.This location is always clean and bright and the staff is very polite and helpful. Lise is a particularly friendly member of the DQ team and never fails to bring a smile to her customers' faces.

The server, Lise, was kind and friendly and made a suggestion on adding almonds to my caramel buster parfait. Excellent choice, loved it. Thanks Lise and of course the rest of the staff!
