Went through drive through and half way through ordering she told us to pull ahead. I said I wasn’t done ordering and after a minute she told us to pull ahead again. When I got to the window I asked if I could finish ordering and she gave me a blank stare and refused to let me finish my order. Brutal customer service
Been going there since they since they built it awesome place friendly staff .There is one person that's works part time his name is Dylan he has no PR towards customer's and is very rude to me something has to be done or said to
This Tim Hortons has the worst service out of any Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. I continued trying to go here and hoping one day it’ll get better but it never does. Mobile ordering is virtually pointless because you have to wait in line and tell them that you placed a mobile order. That may take up to 25 minutes, because they do nothing to serve the inside restaurant it’s only the drive-through they care about And if you’re lucky, you will get what you actually ordered.
Has gone way down hill. Quite disappointed the eggs are very bad and rubbery.
