Little It Deli - Emlenton

I don't want to judge too harshly. Very nice little establishment and a great part of the local community, but the food could be better. The last time I went, I had the lasagna and wasn't impressed. The soup was stuffed hot pepper and was a bowl above and beyond. Unfortunately, the appetizer was what impressed me, not the main course. Bread on my wife's sandwich could chip teeth, yet the fillings were good. Good place all and all.

The food was amazing and the owner was so kind to talk to us ans twll us about her journey to offering gluten free items. It is unheard of to find a place that has gluten free calzones! They did not disappoint. We also got a chicken bacon ranch gluten free wedgie which was full of flavor! We can't wait to go back.

If I had a lower rating I could give you, I would. I ordered a speciality pizza, to serve 25 people. I ordered another cheese pizza to serve 25. I paid about $75. When I got it home, opened up the speciality pizza box, my face dropped, I couldn't believe my eyes. Dried out, burnt pizza. The cheese was so burnt on one piece, I lifted it, and nothing underneath. My guests were left to eat the cheese pizza, which was just ok. I was extremely embarrassed. I will never return to this extremely disappointing quality of product.

We loved it! We tried 4 different pies with different sauces and toppings for small dinner party and each pie was a big hit. The GF was gone in 30 seconds...Margherita was Absolutely delish (my personal fav), bruschetta with alfredo and balsamic glaze was soooo yummy, and the deep dish cheese was tasty but not really a deep dish at all but rather bigger crust but still so tasty! Service was Excellent and great location... we walked by the River while our pizza was percolating lol. Absolutely will get again next time we visit

Apparently, the most popular deli in town. Everyone knew everyone else and complimented the staff and food We ordered a calzone and a beef hoagie.
