Burger King - Emmaus

Impossible burger was fresh and delicious. Customer service was excellent. ??

Drive thru continues to be slow and very unprepared

The food is usually correct and good, but you wait nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru every time. I waited almost a half hour once. I don't understand why they are still having these issues so long after they first opened.

Every single time we pull up to the drive through they make us wait around 10 minutes and then say “what may i get for u” like what? no apology for the wait? why does every car have to wait 10 minutes to give their order ****. another time i tried to order breakfast at 10:27 and they said they stopped making breakfast like um no breakfast stops at 10:30. this is the worst burger king around.

Slowest BK I've ever been to. Always. Every time. Will find another one.
