Írjon visszajelzéstManagement, can you impress upon your staff to get the orders correct. When it happens over and over, it is not a employee problem, it's a Management problem. Especially, when you order online. Just once, can you get the orders correct. Please. If it continues, it will be taken to Corporate.
Place is clean and food is good served by nice mannered people. Been couple times though I've ventured out to eat there and couldn't because they weren't staffed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
They were out of tomates. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
I have worked in the food industry since I have been 15. I came into the Emmetsburg Subway today and I was greated with a friendly smile. I wanted a buffalo chicken sandwich which the lady nicely told me that they haven't had buffalo chicken formonths besides the rotisserie buffalo chicken which they just discontinued, with this I was fine with. My sub was amazing when Idecided what kind I wanted. I decided to eat in the store because I had some time to spare. There was a phone of a co workerthat went off on loud and she checked her text message and immediately got angry and threw her phone down so hard that shecracked the screen I believe she said. She was very infuriated on what she had read and kept going on and on about it veryloudly so I could distinctly hear the conversation. I wont repeat what she said but she was angry at what another co workertexted her. She begin banging things around and discussing the situation with the other coworker. Her phone then again rang andshe made a phone call on her cell phone up front. Started swearing, calling vile names over the phone and when customers startedwalking in she was still on her phone until the other lady working there came up to the counter and she told the person on thephone she had to go. I understand everyone has bad days. I understand things dont always go your way but please, next time makesure you are considerate to your customers. This was handled very poorly.
I visited the Subway tonight at 7:45 PM, and the employees informed us that they were closing. They even turned off the lights while still assisting another customer, and ultimately turned us away. Two other vehicles were also sent away. We were hoping to order four subs, and another customer in the same situation needed five. It seems they've lost out on a few sales and customers. We ended up going to Casey's instead, where we received much better service.
