Isabelle Briens French Pastry Cafe

The Yule Log was absolutely delicious! Perfect Christmas Eve dessert!!!

I often come here for coffee and pastries. Everyone is really nice and the pastries are good. But PLEASE PLEASE cook a few minutes less, its always so burned and crumbling, the few times I beautifully soft perfectly cooked croissants they were from this world. But it's been overtaken lately.

First, I should say that we just returned from Paris. While there, we ate pastries every single day, as you do in Paris. Before our trip to France, we were already fans of Isabelle?s pastries. We?ve made life-long friends by feeding people these croissants! We love the food here. So, when we went to Paris we didn?t know what to expect, but we did assume that the French food and pastries would be amazing, and probably far beyond anything we have eaten in the U.S? And the pastries were good, splendid even. We are things we have never seen or heard of before. However, we never found any croissants or staple French pastries that could beat Isabelle?s. They?re still the best!

The greatest almond croissants we?ve ever eaten. Both my wife and I have spent lots of time in France and we can vouch that the croissants at Isabelle?s are as good as you can get. Fantastic coffee too.

I got the Monaco egg cheese ham crepe, and a double shot cafe latte while waiting for Discount Tire to install new tires on my car. The crepe was so good, I thought I was in France! The cafe latte also tasted really good. This is a nice, cute little French pastry cafe, with friendly staff, great food, and a relaxing environment. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommended!
