Overall this Starbucks is pretty good. They get the drinks out quickly and they always remember my name. The drinks are always really good and the staff is really friendly.
The works are slow and disrespectful it’s as if they don’t want to work here, and when I asked for the cookies to get warmed up the lady responded as in she can’t do it even tho she never asked me if I wanted it warmed up or not.
Pretty quick considering they were extremely busy. My coffee was perfect and freshly made.
If I could give a zero for customer service I would for Ali.
