I was frustrated when I had to return because they forgot my daughter's sundae from my mobile order, but the gentleman at the drive-through was incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic. He even offered an additional ice cream to make up for the inconvenience. Usually, employees are indifferent and offer a half-hearted apology, but he really calmed me down and helped me forget my annoyance at having to go back. Thank you for your kindness! He even added extra toppings to the sundae to make it special for us!
