Chick-fil-a - Encino

I received the wrong order twice, and each time I was promised they would fix it, but those promises were never fulfilled. Additionally, more than half the time, the chicken is way too salty.

The staff is always welcoming, and the food is reliably excellent.

I found not one but two hairs in my food. They were very nice to remake it but it ruined my experience. I know it was not my hair because mine is red, and the hairs I found were black.

Always the best customer service ever. The employees really go above and beyond just to make sure the customers are welcome and have a great experience. They never disappoint me. The food is always hot and great.
