Little Caesars Pizza - Endicott

Really great customer service. My deep plate pizza was left a bit too long in the oven, but was still pretty good. Crazy bread was delicious as always!

I was just fired for asking a question! I asked if they thought that it was really sanitary for us to be touching all on peoples? dough, cheese and toppings with our bare hands? I don't like touching people?s food, so i was THE ONLY ONE in the whole store wearing gloves. The store manager Andreas told me ?if i did not like it, then I didn?t have to work there.? They do not care that COVID is still going around! That was trifling, unsanitary and disgusting! People barely even wash their hands good enough, let alone whats underneath their fingernails and etc. Do not order any food from this establishment! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Had an issue with my order (paid for a extra most bestest pizza and got a hot and ready). Called immediately and a solution was agreed upon (they agreed to sell me a hot and ready priced pizza next time and make it like a extra most bestest). When I went it to resolve issue they offered to sell me the right food at full price plus attitude. Probably won't spend my money here anymore. Imagine getting attitude over like 2 dollars in value!

Eh I definitely like the pizza but wouldn't recommend it unless you have like 45 minutes to wait if you actually want to order something. I live about 15 minutes away and I placed my order online, got my two 1 year old twins dressed, in carseats and even had to go back because I left my whole purse inside, and pizza order said 20 minutes I was 40 and the order was just being taken out of the oven.

Not accommodating to food allergies. I ordered my pizza without cheese. I got my pizza with cheese and I went back and told them and apologized for the inconvenience. They gave me another pizza, which at first I thought was really nice. But it was just plain dough with nothing on it. No sauce or anything. Of course not what I wanted
