Yucatan - Engelberg

The Casa salad was swamped in sauce and the CHF 28 pappardelle where they mix molten Swiss cheese with vegetables questionable in terms of culinary choice. Add 1.5 hour waiting time for the food. Overpriced, not good and poor service

Delicious burgers we had but pretty expensive. They had an interesting vegan burger.

Ramen was chicken soup with tagiatelle (no miso, no udon)...chocolate tart was almost impossible to share with a spoon (too cold)...and the simplest things like adding a spoon to a soup were lost... Unfortunately, our service was bitter (although everyone else made a very nice impression). I think we were just unlucky, otherwise I can't explain the good Google rating.

Apart from the fact that the udon noodles were “just” tagliatelle and def. no udon, and that you had to use the flashlight on your smartphone to read the menu because it was just too dark in the very stylish restaurant (we found it funny in a way . The food (ramen and super tender pork cheeks on polenta was very tasty and the service was super friendly and attentive. The next day we spontaneously went to the Yucatan at 9:30 p.m. because we were still hungry after an event.
