Games had fun. The staff was the worst. Especially the manager. Very rude and unprofessional, she had the boldness to say she wouldn't help anyone until her break was over and we could come back at that time. Then she continued to watch us all night and laugh. We asked for a refund of the salad bar because we paid 12 dollars and they were torn down and contaminated. The cheese was like plastic that sits at the bar for so long. The only other article available at the bar outside the plastic cheese was iceberg salad, which was brown and slim.

It was my first time in this Englewood site with my daughter, who is 2.5 years old and was fun. I enjoyed it all. Pizza and counter service was great. When we first arrived, Vivian helped us or food and playtime. She was very knowledgeable and super helpful. On the way out Vivian helped to add tickets to our map and helped us to pay out our tickets. She made everything with a big smile. @the administration: I hope there is someone who reads these reviews and rewards those who make this business great like Vivian. Thanks Vivian for our experience to remember a good one.

Got my sons 5. Birthday party stolen here and I can't say enough good things about the staff and the environment they have provided during our party. The Lord who hosted us was great with the children and with all directions for me for the party. Very funny and patient, very attentive, kept the drinks refilled and ensured that garbage was picked up. In any case, would recommend for any party ideas. Also DID NOT spend an arm and a leg and the kids had an amazing time! Some kids who didn't show up made sure to take the bill off, so we didn't pay extra.

It's good that we shouldn't come to this place for some reason. Yeah, the kids had fun, but something was just not right in the place. We've been waiting for the cards to know that they helped toddlers and blind people. If we go, don't approach my family rudely when we got out. Don't touch my kids without my permission or me, you had your chance to talk to us before we crossed the gate. I felt so hurt as if we stole something when this big Amazon lady grabbed my child's arm. I'm out like what's going on, you lost your headache. Please explain why I don't call the police or the social service to this place. Don't touch people's children without their permission boat, I didn't know what you wanted. Don't be rude. Regardless of a policy.

My babies loved it here. they have a lot of fun game for kids. the pizza was delicious and also the salad. there are a lot of healthy and tasty options in the salatable. everything looked clean. the personal is nice and pleasant. will come back soon. thanks. chuck e. bee for an amazing time.
