Írjon visszajelzéstThe staff was wonderful, but the owner seems not to value their hard work. The temperature inside the restaurant is unbearably hot, making it feel like a sweatshop.
This is my third time trying to visit this restaurant on a weekday, only to find it closed. The first two times, there was no explanation provided, and the third time, I was told it was due to personal reasons. I am unsure why the owner or manager is not present. It would be helpful if they could update their online hours to avoid inconveniencing customers like myself who make the trip only to find the restaurant closed.
I was wearing my mask when I approached the counter, but the worker seemed upset by this and proceeded to share a conspiracy theory about mask-wearing in an attempt to make it seem humorous. I was not impressed by this behavior and it has deterred me from returning to this restaurant in the future.
The guy with long hair is great he has an amazing personality and is always upbeat
My daughter I were just in this location around 3:40 pm on 2/16/2022 and the only person working there was so rude to us from the second we ordered. But he was extremely nice to everyone else. I placed an order, pulled out gift cards he was annoyed grunted audibly. Then we waited for our orders. As others came in were helped he was overly nice to everyone, being very grand about it. He finally brought our order up. Placed them on the counter walked away. We had an order with 4 blizzards overfilled without lids &it's snowing out. I asked if we could have lids, he rolled his eyes brought over sundae lids. I asked if we could just have the straw lids since he had the spoons in them. He was extremely rude said then I have to scrap the tops off (I didn't ask him to put lids on them, I would've put the lids on myself). As he went scraping two of our blizzards into the trash, I was extremely embarrassed by how i was treated in front of my child strangers, I told my daughter to just help me grab the other blizzards so we can leave. He brought back the two he scraped I took them. He asked if we wanted the other lids I said no thank you, you've been extremely rude to us since we got here And he shouted something at us as we left that we didn't hear.I am upset that someone would be so rude to us for no reason while being so overtly nice to everyone else. My daughter is also Autistic thought he treated us poorly because of her which I reassured her it was NOT because of her. Awful experience.
