Duplicate Google Listing - Englewood

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time through DoorDash and chose the mixed vegetables scrambled with beef. The menu allowed me to select meat as one of the customization options. However, when my order arrived, there was no meat at all. I contacted the restaurant, and they informed me that the DoorDash system did not register my choice for the meat. I wasn't even aware that the order was sent without it, and I would have gladly paid for the beef if I had known. Instead of making sure I received the correct dish, the restaurant simply sent it without the beef. When I called to address this issue, they did not take any responsibility or attempt to rectify the situation. First impressions matter, and with so many Thai restaurants available, I won’t be ordering from them again.

They changed from Tokayo Sushi Ramen in December 2021. I gave the new restaurant four chances since I lived nearby. Unfortunately, it's really disappointing now. I’d rate it 0 out of 4 based on my experiences. I don't know what else to say—it's just not good.

Upon entering, I needed to use the restroom first and was taken aback by the terrible smell and the lack of soap, which made me worried about the kitchen's cleanliness. I chose to stay anyway, but when I received my glass of water, I noticed it was dirty, with lipstick stains around the rim. It was also incredibly warm inside the restaurant, so I decided to place my order and hope for the best. To my disappointment, I was informed that they didn't serve sushi. Instead, I opted for the orange chicken, which was prepared very quickly—about three minutes. It was priced at $17, but when I got home, I realized they forgot to include rice! How do you miss the rice?! I called them and returned to the restaurant, where they gave me some free egg rolls as compensation. Finally, when I got home to eat, I started feeling sick. The food was excessively greasy and deep-fried, and the orange sauce wasn't good at all—honestly, Panda Express is better. After all the trouble of making two trips, I ended up having to throw away the food entirely. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. I recommend going to Aki for sushi or Thai Monkey's Club for Thai food instead. I'm really disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.

Today my first time was here, and I had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly and it is pretty on the inside. I have the Phi Thai noodles with vegetables medium spices, and Thai fried rice with vegetables medium spices. Good quality food, and good portion size. I'm definitely back.

Excellent food! Friendly staff and great service. We will definitely be back again. Good size portions for the price a lot of varietycuisine and over all a good dining experience. Highly recommend if you live here or you're traveling to stop by and try it out.
