I went through the drive-thru and only had to wait for fresh fries to be made for my order.

If you use the app like I do, you can earn free food or discounts on your orders. I have a soft spot for the caramel options, especially when they're around $1-2 off! Usually, I just grab breakfast here or take a Frappe to go. The breakfast menu offers a nice variety, ranging from the classic McMuffin to the new blueberry muffin. They also serve biscuits and gravy, and the hotcakes are quite tasty. McDonald's coffee is my favorite among fast food options, although I always bring my own French vanilla creamer! (LOL) The iced coffees are pretty good too. I've always found the breakfast staff to be friendly and welcoming.

However, I want to share that I had some issues with my order recently. On 10/1/2021, I ordered through the app for pickup and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my food, so I had to go inside to get it myself. Once I got home, I realized they had forgotten my son's chicken nuggets and made a mistake with my mother's hamburger order. I understand that many places are struggling right now, but I don't think it's too much to expect better service from staff who are over 20 years old. I noticed many of them were just standing around chatting and ignoring customers. I've been really disappointed with the customer service lately, and as a result, I've downgraded my rating from 4 stars to 2, and I'll keep it that way until things improve. I ordered via the app, and while the food and drinks were good, my only complaint is about the pickup situation: there is no dedicated parking lot. The signs are oddly placed in front of the building, and there aren't any parking spaces available, which was quite confusing.

We came with a bus full of children and they were the best, so nice and they had fed us very quickly. Thanks again!

The staff was really friendly and took my order correctly made sure it was right. Counter change back correctly and the food was good for it being fast food.
