Goed eten en drinken. Mooi authentiek pand en gezellig. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Denken met je mee bij een allergie en kleine porties is ook geen probleem. Enige minpuntje is het verkeer wat langs het buitenterras rijdt, maar niet iets waar het restaurant invloed op heeft. Dit restaurant is een dikke aanrader.

As ex-Enkhuizers we come to Enkhuizen at least twice a year. We often eat at Van Bleiswijk, because of the good experiences in the past. Monday, August 7, we had the opportunity to eat there again. It turned out that the interior and decoration had become completely different. Too bad, but that comes with new owners. Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the food also changed. And prices have also probably caught up due to high inflation. A satay of 8 cubes of meat, a little bit of atjar salad with two pieces of cucumber (a fresh cucumber salad, that's what the menu says and especially a lot of prawn crackers (which covers at least half of the plate and I think it comes from a bag . And that for 20.50 euros. But OK. My table companion had ordered corn spare ribs (vegetarian with a waldorf salad. Both dishes would be accompanied by fresh fries. The dish of barbecued spoare ribs turned out to consist of a corn cob, quartered, and fried (on the barbecue in the kitchen?? , while the salad was missing. We got together a very small bowls of chips for the two dishes. This dish was also over 20 euros. Clearly little effort had been made. The waldorf salad came after we asked if it had been forgotten. The service was also very friendly and attentive. This was the last time we ate at the Van Bleiswijk restaurant.
