Starbucks - Ennis

I absolutely love visiting this Starbucks. It's become one of my favorites! My top pick has to be the Caramel Crunch Frappuccino, which is actually my daughter's favorite too. I also really enjoy the pumpkin cream cheese muffins—they're incredibly delicious. We usually use the drive-thru, and it’s always lightning fast. The staff at the window are consistently friendly and accommodating, which is a nice touch. It feels like my lucky spot! The only downside is that it closes too early for my liking.

I've never had a major issue, but it's been quite inconsistent. Sometimes they use too much milk and not enough espresso for my extra shot. Additionally, the drive-thru window was really dirty, making it hard to see through. The drive-thru counter also had the same cleanliness problem.

I always enjoy my Venti double chocolaty chip with three shots of espresso, blended three times. It's absolutely delicious!

Hannah was so friendly, we ordered our drinks wrong and got something we didn't expect. They were so friendly and said they were happy to drink our drinks again. That's all. I went back to the car and tried to show my girlfriend the cascade effect from the nitro stuff AND ONE THE OF COFFE SPILLED EVERYWHERE. I was so frustrated, I went back to order another coffee and Hannah asked if everything was okay, I replied I spilled my coffee and ordered another. She offered to remake it, but I replied it was my fault spilled it. She insisted happily that one made me another and gave me faith in humanity again. Exemplary customer service, the staff were all super friendly, especially 5 minutes from close. You really don't see this in the world anymore and I wish more places were like that. 5/5 recommend.
