Red Brick Pizza Cafe - Enterprise

Always a good experience when we visit here. Our grandkids and us both love their pizza. I have a gluten allergy and I have never felt ill after eating at Red Brick which is a plus!!

The staff was AMAZING, so kind and friendly. The restaurant was impeccably clean and aesthetically pleasing great atmosphere and employees. The pizza and calzone were alright. I prefer papa johns to be honest. I don’t think it was anything the employees could do, the dough just seemed frozen or pre manufactured. Toppings were fantastic! The dough just seemed weird, flat, and chewy. Not what one would expect from a brick oven.

Good pizza, daily specials available like Monday madness where you get any large size for $15.99. Casual seeing with bar.

I enjoy the food here, and the staff is very friendly. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. Today, my Rustica pizza was served cold, and my wife's Con Aglio was just as cold. My daughter ordered a veggie pizza, and it was barely warm. They really need to manage cooking times better so that all the food is served hot. My daughter wanted a small brownie with ice cream, so my wife went back to place the order. It took 20-25 minutes to bring out a dessert the size of a sample cup. The staff apologized and acknowledged that there was a mistake, but it was still disappointing. We were the only customers there since lunch was over, so it should have been manageable for three people to keep things running smoothly. I genuinely hope they can improve. This is our first visit back in a few months due to inconsistent food quality, and I was hoping for a better experience.
