Le Vauban - Entrevaux

You can not go wrong at this restaurant. Between the excellent food, extremely friendly service and the beautiful view of Entrevaux, it is meal to remember every time.

We arrived here and, since it was late, we explicitly asked if it was still possible to eat. They said it was, so we stayed. After waiting 10 minutes until the table was cleaned, and then another 20 minutes until we get the drinks (so slow and clumsy service), they then told us than there were only a few cold plates, something they didn't warn us before. I told the extremely unfriendly waitress that this kind of things has to be said, and then she answered back in an utterly disgusting way. Therefore, we just decided to drink the costly cokes we had already, and leave to never come back. Please don't come to this place. Just save your money, get a sandwich and enjoy the view of the castles from any other place.

We arrived at la Vauban at lunchtime following a walk to see the citadelle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was out of this world. I had the duck , a very large portion of succulent meat beautifully cooked. My partern had what he described has the best steak ever, it was a cube of meat served rare , very tender. We will certainly visit le Vauban again.

An atmosphere and a great meal. A very correct price. From Michel to 100%. Fresh house. To test absolutely.

Welcome home, staff is very friendly. The dishes and desserts are excellent.
