Pancake Farm - Ephrata

The food was SO good. It?s a must try spot. First time there and the burger was perfect, the stuffed French toast was beyond delicious.

I will say the breakfast was really good. I got the chipped beef casserole, which was loaded with potatoes, biscuits, chipped beef and topped with two eggs. Tasted great and filled you up. The Belgian waffle was also great. Service was a bit lackluster. The food came out really fast, but you could tell our server did not want to be there. She was very short and randomly left without saying anything. The other server who came over to give us our check was a lot nicer.

Just traveling through we decided to stop for a bite to eat. We saw this place. Read the reviews. Decided to stop. Glad we did?I got to try something I?ve never had?Pig Stomach !!! Tasted pretty good !???? 1 person (the waitress) was handling all the orders in the place, but didn?t show any signs of struggling !?! The atmosphere was quaint. The waitress was friendly patient with me as I asked some questions. ????????????????

We decided to order an early dinner here today after hearing good things about the food. My husband ordered Jumbo Shrimp, described as ?jumbo shrimp (7)? for $13.95. What he received is laughable; some of the smallest shrimp I have ever seen (see photo). they were literally the equivalent of 2 true jumbo shrimp. We got takeout, so we tried to call back to discuss the issue with a manager, and no one bothered to answer the phone calls, even though we tried to reach them several times. It?s also laughable that a restaurant named for breakfast only has breakfast until 3pm, and then adds an up-charge if you want it after. The veggie quesadilla and Alfredo noodles we had were decent, but when we want diner-style food, we?ll stick to Gus?s around the corner. Gus?s has comparable food and prices, but better service and much larger portions.
