Subway - Ephrata

Usually the food is pretty good along with the service I can’t really give a great rating on the service because I had it delivered but I had ordered 3 items, 2/3 were made perfectly, none in the other hand was extremely messy, fell out of the wrapper and now I feel like I’m going to be sick after eating it. I most likely will not get food from here again. It use to be great, not anymore.

Pretty quick, I love their $5 cookie! Only thing I can complain about is they weren't the friendliest of people. I'll take that over chatty and slow!

As I arrive an older man is reprimanding a young lady as she was on the phone taking an order. Older man was scolding told the young lady she should not give a time to pick up just in case we get busy. He complained about everything she did. How does the customer know when to pick up order? The order was for four sandwiches and I was the only person in the store. Not super busy. Second man was very rude, zero customer service skills he did not look at me, his body was not even directed to me when he asked how can I help you. Totally bothered that he had a customer. I had a very simple order for two sandwiches. While making the sandwiches he complained he was going to run out of products, cookies etc. and there was nothing he could do about it. If he was that worried he would not have heaped our sandwiches with veggies. I felt very uncomfortable. When leaving the young lady said good by and to have a great day. Nothing from a very unhappy grumpy man. If I had to work with or for this person I would leave asap. Also as a customer I will find another sandwich shop.

Good sub! #12 is turkey, spinach, avocado, fresh mozzarella and more! Cheerful employee and fast service.

They did a great job making our two subs. They put lots of what we wanted instead of being skimpy. I had the rotisserie chicken sub which was delicious! The workers were friendly and treated us respectfully. I use a gift card and that worked fine.
