Very good quail egg cutters with white truffle, exceptional the idea of combining tubers, caviar and pearà! Congratulations to the chef. Personally I really enjoyed the bread, always warm with butter flavored with truffle and the small pastry brought to the coffee: Some restaurants do not, some do it because they feel obliged...you do it with class! Bravi really...as was the waitress who recommended a great wine and always followed us with a smile, a joke and never being invasive. I'll definitely come back.

My experience can be summed up precisely with the four words of the title of my review: I was welcomed in an elegant environment by friendly, friendly, refined and highly qualified staff, in fact nothing is left to chance. As for the wine cellar there are only two different and excellent adjectives, during the meal you can be followed with great skill in choosing the right wine for each dish. What about the kitchen? Amazing, the refined and creative genius of the chef knows how to combine traditional flavors with modern and daring revisitations that leave the palate ecstatic from the various dishes. The presentation of the dishes and their explanation (take me the term not to repeat) by the maitre always has something innovative and refined, and the foods like the colors that characterize them are a palette in hand to an expert artist who wisely knows conjugal to give the guests a sublime feeling to the palate. The chef, with grace and sophistication, jokes, sometimes, but always maintaining an 'impeccable irony with his own dishes therefore at every reach is a new surprise; he also has a great gift as he can make crispy and delicious every snack waiting. To conclude, I can say that the restaurant at 2 Saints is absolutely to try as it is a pearl of the lower Verona.
Relaxing and suggestive location: it is a noble court house, surrounded by greenery, with interiors of traditional elegance. We found the gastronomic offer really interesting: the ingredients of traditional cuisine are skillfully reinterpreted to create original and delicious dishes, mostly based on fish. We enjoyed the trout in hot dog version, silver anchovies with green apple agrodolce onion, bi-color pigeon and the cut of fishing frog. Very good: well selected raw material. Provided the cellar. Friendly and friendly service. Finally there is a level proposal in the area: it was really missing!
