Dunkin' - Epping

A typical Dunkin' experience. The service was quick and precise. I really wish they would bring back lemons for the iced tea or perhaps add lemonade as an option. Bring back the lemons!

I had a disappointing experience at a restaurant named Skyla (or something like that). The service was terrible, and it has happened to me every time I've visited. I tried to overlook it, but tonight was the last straw. I arrived at 7:30, and even though they close at 10, the oven was already turned off. When I mentioned that it seemed odd for the oven to be off so early, the employee responded, "It's kind of weird that you complain all the time." To top it off, as I was driving away, I noticed her giving me the finger. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I believe this person should be fired. It's clear she has no regard for customers and only cares about herself.

I really enjoy Dunkin', but I don't visit as often since they removed ham from the menu.

It's Dunkin ..watch a bunch of children handle their first job ..they are understaffed overwhelmed with people . They lack social skills but you'll get your coffee ?? not 100% thier fault it it what it is

These people consistently forget to sweeten my latte. I order an iced latte with liquid cane sugar toasted almond flavoring, and they never put it or the flavoring. It?s been like 5 times this has happened lol. It?s annoying because the dunks near me isclosed for renovations, so this is my only other option that?s relatively close
