An authentic place. Delicious fresh pasta and cosy atmosphere! Come here for a typical Italian dinner, it is not a tourist restaurant.

I was expecting so much more from this restaurant based on what I'd read but evidently my expectations were too high. The man, who was dressed like a chef wasn't the friendliest host I've ever met and didn't ask us at any stage if we were enjoying the meal etc. we were disappointed that they don't serve any form of starter but they bring you a tiny offering which I couldn't eat. The first courses were nice (the casoncelli were tasty) but the portion was quite miserable as well as the second course. Horribly chopped baguette is served in a pan, with a few extra touches things could be so much better. As I say the food is good but it's just like what you can eat at home but in much smaller portions and it all works out to be rather expensive. The wines are limited and are highly priced. We weren't even offered a digestive or greeted upon departure. We definitely won't be coming here again.

This trattoria was recommeded by our B&B and it was the best surprise we ever had. The place itself is like it was in 50 's, nothing changed, it 's owned by a nice couple (she is the chef : we had the risotto al vino rosso e salsiccia that was delicious as well as the scaloppine alla milanese prepared in the old way. Everything is home made and the service is friendly as the atmosphere. Great value for money! Strongly recommeded.

Per riassumere brevemente l'esperienza che direi! cibo nei media, comunque il servizio superiore e anche l'atmosfera particolare! Eravamo bene, abbiamo mangiato bene, niente di speciale, ma tutto era buono. Il prezzo era anche onesto.
