Kfc - Erewash

Ordered a boneless banquet it arrived quick but it were terrible. Chips undercooked and soggy, Portion sizes were misleading- Small popcorn chicken was made out to be decently sized in pictures but turned out to be tiny, and although I quite clearly ordered a drink it didn’t arrive with my order. Waste of £10

The food at this restaurant was awful. The fries were cold and the chicken was dry and cold. This has happened multiple times, so I will not be returning. When I called to complain, they only offered a discount on my next visit if I brought in the receipt. I do not plan on going back.

It tells you something when you get there and no one is in the restaurant the staff looked bored stiff. I wouldn’t normally visit but my Grandson wanted to visit for his tea. We ordered 3 pieces of Chicken and a mini milkshake, it was £7.98! When it turned up, the 3 farty pieces looked pretty sad and the milkshake was like just milk with a few spoonfuls of chocolate powder mixed in. What a Rip Off! I won’t be back!

My wife has just got home and noticed some of the order wasn't in it. OK our fault for not checking but not only the missing stuff but the chicken is more like bad pigeon. Simply disgusting.

Decided to go to KFC to pick up a bucket, not had one for awhile... ordered at the drive in... we ordered a bucket meal which I included a bottle of Pepsi or Pepsi max. Total confusion.. we were told if having normal pepsi we would charged 50p sugar tax... so ordered the no sugar one. When we went to pick our order up from the next window our order included the 50p....we asked for it to be refunded but were totally ignored. The guy at the window had no manners and my husband did not appreciate the yes boss retort everytime the guy spoke. The chips were cold when we got home... only 10 minutes away. Won 't be bothering again.
