Chick-fil-a - Erie

Food was pretty good. Service was executed with almost military precision. Utilizing modern computer assisted communication a handful of people take care of a great number of customers thru a double drive thru operation. Inside staff was able to get the orders out very rapidly and without any delay of progress to the long line of cars. Don't really see what the hype is all about as food is ok but nothing to really warrant this mass appeal. Yet it does.

Our cashier was Mishayla, she was so friendly and welcoming, definitely the best type of customer service for the first encounter in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The chicken tenders are always delicious and cooked perfectly.

Regarding parking, it can be limited during mealtime. It would be great to have more parking available on the east side of the building, especially behind the drive-through lanes. Additionally, I noticed that a couple more handicap parking spots would be beneficial for wheelchair accessibility.

The chicken here is outstanding—it's not fatty or tough in any way. The parfaits are delightful, and the fries are excellent as well. I really enjoyed the kale crunch salad; it was both tasty and impressively crunchy.

The staff are nice, friendly, and attentive, but it's unfortunate that they are no longer allowed to think for themselves; corporate seems to want them to operate like machines. The waffle fries, which used to be cooked well, are now barely done, with some being undercooked and unappetizing. The chicken sandwich was incredibly thin and looked quite lackluster, leaving me feeling unsatisfied.
