Starbucks Drive Thru - Escondido

I have had my order mixed up multiple times at this restaurant, but that's not the main reason for my frustration. Today, when I went in to pick up my mobile order, the employee was rude to me when they realized they had gotten our order wrong. I'm not angry about the incorrect order, but rather the terrible attitude displayed by the employee named Dom.

This Starbucks location is the worst idea. I have visited this place multiple times and encountered the same issue each time. The line here takes forever! They can only accommodate 5 cars in line at a time, and it takes almost 30 minutes to get through. The only reason why this location is busy is because of its convenient location. If not for that, this location would not survive. It has a bad reputation.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. The wait in line felt like it lasted forever. Despite no one else being in line, it took 9 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge my presence. When I finally ordered a hot Chai-Latte, it was delivered to me filled with ice 9 minutes later. By the time we had to leave (now 20 minutes behind schedule), it was too late to have it remade. Thank you for nothing!

The service was excellent and it was also fast. and they were really friendly. I like going through the drive-thru.

Service is S-L-O-W! Drive through line was longer than life. Went inside. No one in line. No one! Took them 9 minutes to notice me. I ordered a hot chai latte and got it filled with ice (9 minutes after i ordered it). We had to go (now 20 min late to practice)so couldn’t make them re do it thanks a lot!
