Írjon visszajelzéstThe beer selection was impressive, but I would reconsider dining here for dinner. I ordered the ****, which was overcooked and dry. I had to send it back twice. For my third attempt, I chose the flat iron steak, which was decent. On the plus side, the service was quite good. As a restaurant owner myself, I was let down by the food quality and the beer options. I wouldn't recommend Stone Brewing World Bistro Garden for a romantic dinner, but it could be a nice spot for cocktails.
This place has everything for it... except the food. We've been there twice and both times we were all very disappointed with food. Every attention was given to the incredible restaurant with the impressive brewery on the one hand and a fantastic rock garden on the other, if only so much attention was given to the menu that sounds great, but bland and boring. Very, very disappointing.
I wanted to go to the brewery since they opened and finally got there last Friday. He was there at 7:00 and had to wait 40 minutes for a table. I expected this and my husband and I got drinks at the bar (beer for him wine for me) and went the gardens. I loved it. The food was well prepared and beautifully presented. Our server was very friendly, but the service is a little slow. Again, I was prepared and could enjoy myself at the Leisurley Tempo. The portions are right for me. Fill, but you will not feel filled. You can comfortably eat an appetizer and dessert. Definitely save a little space for dessert and get the chocolate pyramid. It was the best chocolate dessert I ever had (and I had a lot).
My daughter and I love this restaurant! My husband doesn't. It has a wide selection of dishes for vegetarians... Yes! But my daughter, Carnivore, loves her steak for dinner and her buffalo castle for lunch. We both agree that the carrot cake is just fabulous. I'm not a beer drinker, so I can't comment on the beer, but one of these days I might have to try the real beer (they also have a root beer version) for Dessert! Do not forget to stroll the gardens while you are there. I also heard they had brewery tours, but I would rather just eat and look at the gardens.
The Stone Brewing Co. (or Stone Bistro and Gardens) is quite the impressor. Located in far out Escondido, the gardens and unique structure create a fun environment to have a brew with friends. The food is an appropriate pairing with the extensive beer and wine list. Great place to bring friends and the garden is pleasant during the day and at night with the fire pit.
