Taylors Beach - Esperance

The breakfast here was amazing! so good that we came twice in three days! the coffee is also amazing! they love the sitting outside and where they get the beautiful sea breeze!

Such a disappointing meal. Totally overpriced and underwhelming. The steaks were over cooked and swimming in salty sauce, the steakburgers like cardboard and the risotto was inedible. The sauce was an oily mess with defrosted tasteless mussels. Really bad.

Absolutely average. Ordered a striploin steak and veggies cooked rare. The steak came out medium to medium rare and the (less than) handful of veggies did not compute with the price I paid. Cake window had a sorry array of choice and the service was adequate. Guy behind the counter was clearly new but lacked any charm, enthusiasm or customer service you need in a place like this. Only thing going for it was the view....which is lovely.

I went out for dinner at Esperance during a break and had high expectations after hearing positive things about their lunch options. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. While the menu seemed appealing, my meal—the lamb with blossoms, gerst, yohannisbeeren, and revitalized almond—lacked flavor. I should have opted for something simpler, like a burger, which is usually a safe choice. The restaurant itself had a lovely atmosphere and a positive vibe, and it was clearly popular, being busy on a Wednesday night. However, I don't think I would return, at least not for a meal.

We had a pleasant dinner, but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff were quite rude to customers who arrived without reservations. For example, when a couple with two small children sat down next to us, a waitress remarked, "Do they think they can just sit wherever they want?" I understand that the restaurant is popular and needs to stay busy, but we found this attitude towards families with young children to be quite appalling.
