Írjon visszajelzéstWe had been customers at this restaurant for a long time, but one day our experience took a turn for the worse. We were seated at a table near a thief (without realizing it at the time). When he left with some food, the owner and waitresses mistakenly thought we were with him. Since that day, they have treated us as if we were thieves ourselves. We did not do anything wrong and have never stolen anything in our lives. We are in our 40s and were unfairly accused.
When the dish arrived, it was evident that it had been microwaved. The noodles on the edges of the plate were burnt, most likely from being heated up without any liquid. As I attempted to eat the broccoli, it was so hot that it burned my lip, further indicating that the meal was poorly prepared and then reheated. Additionally, 75% of the noodles were still hard as if they had just come out of the package. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waitress, she became defensive and claimed that the noodles were cooked first in a pan before being microwaved. However, she did not offer to fix the dish or provide any alternatives. The overall experience was disappointing, and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
Was on hold for 16 minutes, then I hung up. I understand that Friday's/Saturday's are very busy for restaurants. But, 16 minutes to wait to order food? I think that is a bit too long for a customer to wait. Ended up hanging up since phone customers are obviously not a priority here.
