Mcdonald's - Essex County

I was charged for the wrong food. I had a small order and was charged for a 30 dollar order.

Rude cashier, with just a nasty attitude as if she didn't want to be there! Forgot the condiments , mixed up the drinks and the biscuits were hard... the birds choked them down.

Just buns and 2 beef patties isn't what you expect when opening your Big Mac, I understand they're busy but I don't see how someone could possibly overlook putting the toppings on a sandwich as it's being made and placed into the box. Hopefully they'll make things right without a hassle and that'll show what their customer service is like.

Worst experience ever. Not going to that one again.

I stop at this McDs in Tappahannock. Most of these restaurants have clean bathrooms, so this is where I stop for coffee a pit stop when I'm traveling as I often do through here. Very kind friendly crew working here. ??Parking: Easy in out. Right off main hiway 17 on the coast. Stop light right at the parking lot and road.
