Big Boy - Essexville

Really happy with our meals. Food was cooked and hot when it came to our table. Our waitress was very attentive.

Update: As of December 30, 2019, both the food and service remain excellent, with the staff continuing to be very friendly. However, I noticed that some items in the salad bar were out of stock, but that’s not a big issue for me. On another note, the interior is starting to show signs of wear. There are some zipper closures and tables that have slight damage. Additionally, the stand we had tonight was a bit loose and shifted back a few inches when weight was placed on it.

The food was fantastic! I ordered the turkey club, and it did not disappoint. The restrooms were spotless, which is always a plus. Our waitress was excellent; she made sure our drinks were always topped up and brought us everything we needed. This has been one of my favorite restaurant chains since I was a child, and I will definitely return.

Great hearty food, and the staff is excellent and friendly. The manager, Beth, is a dedicated and hardworking leader. Every employer would be lucky to have someone like her in that role.
