Írjon visszajelzéstWhen I mentioned to the manager how ridiculous the wait was, his response was that they had a lot of online orders. Well, clearly they can't manage that volume, and it's their responsibility to resolve the issue. That excuse doesn’t really cut it. They need to step up their game or hire more staff. The manager didn’t show any real concern, and it would have been nice to receive some sort of compensation, like a complimentary drink, to demonstrate that they value their customers. There was just a complete lack of care. I will never return to the KFC in Essexville again. It's truly laughable. No stars deserved from this frustrated customer. Funny enough, you have to submit a star rating, and while I might have clicked on one star, they certainly didn’t earn that.
